Your account

You must provide accurate account information, use a sign-in method you are authorized to use and keep access to your email or Google account secure. Do not use another person’s account or try to access their private records.

Plans and payment

Free allows up to 25 yarn records and three projects. Standard Lifetime costs US$24.99 once. Premium costs US$3.99 monthly or US$29.99 annually. Stripe processes paid app plans in US dollars. Any applicable tax is shown during checkout.

Premium renews automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. You authorize each recurring charge when you subscribe. Manage or cancel Premium through Account / Billing.

What “Lifetime” means

Standard Lifetime provides Standard features for as long as Kneat Heaven operates Kneat Heaven Yarn Room, with no further Standard subscription fee. It does not mean the lifetime of an individual person and does not include a Premium subscription.

Downgrades and your data

When Premium ends, a previous Standard Lifetime purchase remains active; otherwise the account returns to Free after the paid period. A downgrade does not delete or lock saved data. You can continue to view and export it, although adding records above Free limits or using paid features may require an eligible plan.

Your content

You keep ownership of the yarn records, notes and photos you add. You give Kneat Heaven permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate the app. Only upload photos and references you are entitled to use. Keep a current export of records you rely on.

Estimates and availability

Yarn and project suggestions depend on the specifications and quantities recorded in your account. They do not guarantee gauge, colour consistency, pattern suitability, availability or a finished result. Planning and yarn assignments do not reduce inventory until actual use is recorded.

We work to keep the service available and protect its data, but maintenance, provider failures, security needs or events outside our control may interrupt access. Features may change as the service develops.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious material, misuse another person’s information or use the app unlawfully. We may restrict access needed to protect users or the service, while preserving lawful export and consumer rights where reasonably possible.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and Kneat Heaven is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
