Use the same Google account or email method connected to your Yarn Room. If your original records are missing, stop before creating a second account and follow account recovery.

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened and which phone or browser you used. Never send a password, sign-in code or card number.

Open Account / Billing to restore a purchase, manage Premium or cancel a subscription. For a refund request, read the cancellation and refund policy.
Imports and exports
Review import counts, validation errors and possible duplicates before committing. Keep the original CSV. Use Data to export all yarn or download a full backup before large changes.
Camera help
Open the app directly in Safari or Chrome and allow camera access. If permission was denied, change the site permission in browser or device settings. Manual UPC entry remains available.
Privacy and deletion
Use Yarn Room → Data to export first and delete private app data. Deletion does not cancel billing or remove your Google account. Read the privacy policy.
Handmade shop orders
The Yarn Room app and the Kneat Heaven handmade shop have separate checkouts and records. For a shop order, use the Kneat Heaven contact page.
